AGES OF CREATION: BIBLICAL AND GEOLOGICAL

The Earth and the Universe are very old, possibly billions of year old. The very great age of the Universe has been estimated based on the Biblical account, mythological
writings, myths and legends of indigenous cultures, evidence of the use of high technology by ancient peoples, ancient UFO theories, and vast geological and
archaeological evidence gathered over the past two centuries.

Genesis 1:1-3: 1. In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. 2. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the
deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. 3. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

  • THE BIBLICAL ACCOUNT: There are several interpretations of the Biblical account of Creation as recorded in the book of Genesis, the most common one being
    that God created everything in six literal days dating back about 6000 years. However there is another interpretation known as THE GAP THEORY that proves that
    there is a gap of indeterminate length of time between the original creation of The Heaven and The Earth as recorded in Gen. 1:1 and the time at which The Earth
    became ‘Without Form’ and ‘Void’ as recorded in Gen. 1:2 and Jer. 4:23. This interpretation allows for the possibility of an original perfect creation (Gen. 1:1) to
    have met a catastrophic and cataclysmic end with darkness covering the Earth, and perhaps the entire Solar system if not beyond (Gen. 1:2). The Gap Theory more
    than adequately answers the question of the ‘Origin of Evil’ that most likely led to the cosmic destruction seen in Gen. 1:2. Evil and darkness entered the Universe
    through the rebellion and fall of Lucifer and his fellow angels (Isa. 14, Eze. 28). The Earth became ‘without form and void’ (an empty ruinous wasteland) as a
    result of the judgment that befell the ‘angels that left their first estate’ (2 Pet. 2:4, Jude:6). The Bible itself makes no claim that the Universe is only 6000
    years old. All the evidence examined with an unbiased mind makes it clear that the Earth and the Universe are far older than a mere 6000 years.  The six days of
    creation beginning with Gen. 1:3 seem more accurately to be six days of re – creation, of repairing and renewing that which once had been perfect.
    The writings of the apostle Peter and of the prophet Jeremiah also confirm that the present heavens and Earth are different than the original heavens and Earth
    (Jer. 4:23, 2 Pet. 3:7).

  • AGES PRIOR TO ADAM: The problem of the origin of darkness and evil is a major one because the Bible in more than one place indicates that this happened in an
    age that preceded the creation of modern man. For example, the serpent or Satan was present in the Garden of Eden very shortly after man was made, how did he
    get there and why would God allow him access to the garden that was of God’s own planting? Such questions are difficult if not impossible to answer based on a
    literal 6 day interpretation of the original creation. The Bible also makes mention of ages (plural) that have preceded the current age we are in that dates back to
    around the time of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden (Eph. 3:5). Ancient Hindu and Greek texts as well as the legends of ancient cultures, like that of the Aztecs,
    claim that there have been at least four ages of creation prior to the current one. The Greeks termed these ages Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Iron, the last
    being the present age. The Hindus similarly believe that we are currently in the fourth age called ‘Kali Yuga’ or evil age since this is the most inferior of the ages;
    Kali means black or dark signifying evil. They all seem to share a common belief in an original creation that was perfect and therefore termed Golden, without death
    and evil. But each successive age has ended with destruction on a celestial not just terrestrial scale including the destruction of our own sun (compare Gen. 1:2 –
    darkness was upon the face of the deep...was this a result of the sun being extinguished in a previous age?) Such mythologies when compared to the Biblical
    account provide much information on pre – history, the time that preceded the current age that is only about 6000 years old. The Biblical and mythological accounts
    tend to prove that the age of the Earth is much older than 6000 years although it is near impossible to determine the exact age of creation, it could be tens of
    thousands of years old or tens of billions of years old, God alone knows for sure.

  • EVIDENCE OF ET LIFE, USE OF HIGH TECHNOLOGY ON EARTH (ANCIENT ASTRONAUTS?): When looking to the Bible or mythological sources for an answer to
    the question, ‘Is there intelligent life other than man out there?’, the response is a resounding YES! According to the Biblical account Man exists because
    he was created by a supernatural intelligence, JEHOVAH, the self – existent Great I Am who transcends time and space. Mythological accounts are similar
    except they credit a plurality of gods for the creation of man not a single Omnipotent Creator. In the Bible man is created by God, a supernatural intelligence, and
    soon thereafter encounters the serpent, another intelligence that is not of his species. His interaction with extra terrestrial intelligences does not end after his
    expulsion from the Garden of Eden but rather seems to accelerate. Other than Jehovah God with whom he has continued interaction from Genesis to Revelation,
    man encounters both ethereal beings identified as ‘Angels’ and also corporeal beings like Giants and non – Adamic humans. The Bible is also filled with clear
    descriptions of technology that was obviously not man – made such as Jacob’s ladder, a Stargate type of device connecting worlds that may not even be in the
    same dimension let alone the same galaxy (Gen .28:12). Ezekiel’s vision is an example of man’s many past encounters with extra terrestrial high technology. The
    ‘dreadfully high’ machine in the shape of a wheel that Ezekiel saw was a flying craft of incredible dimensions, it would seem to be mountainous in size. What’s more
    incredible about this vision is that Ezekiel provides a very detailed and accurate description of what can only be termed an ‘Organic Machine’! Given the fact that
    this was written down some 2500 years before anyone could even understand the term ‘organic machine’ makes it truly remarkable. The examples of the use of
    higher technologies in the 40 year long desert wanderings of the Israelites are far too numerous to list here as are the technologies mentioned in the book of
    Revelation.

  • Very early on in his history man also encountered Giants (Nephilim, Anakim and Raphaim are Hebrew words translated Giant in the Bible). It may be
    impossible to prove but there is a great deal of hearsay evidence that ‘Giant’ remains measuring anywhere from 10 feet to 36 feet in height have been discovered
    across the Earth. This site among thousands devoted to the subject of ancient ‘Giants’ provide a fair bit of information including historical discoveries of remains.

    creatures, the oldest ones in history being the Nephilim were probably the largest at 20 plus feet in height, the middle ones, the Anakim like Og king of Bashan
    could be classified as being mid – sized around 12-14 feet, and the most recent ones, the Raphaim such as Goliath being the smallest around 9-10 feet tall.  Their
    decrease in size would also correspond to degeneration of the Adamic stock leading to a much reduced lifespan because of severe climate change on Earth after
    Noah’s flood. Legends of ‘Giants’ are encountered in every culture on every continent, are all these merely tall tales, an example of mass hypnosis or are they based
    on some fact? We will examine the evidence of which there are volumes, in literature like the Bible and other religious books as well as carved in stone from Europe
    to South America and points in between. There are also records of mythological creatures, Chimeras in many cases, that have been worshiped as gods all across
    the globe. Again are these all figments of deranged mentalities or are they real creatures that have existed in the past, which may even continue to exist today?

  • ANCIENT ASTRONAUT THEORIES popularized by authors such as Erich von Däniken prove to be more than theories when all the evidence is taken into account.
    The question however remains as to the identity of these ‘ancient astronauts.’ The Bible provides a simple explanation; it identifies these ‘ancient
    astronauts’ as the ‘sons of God’ that came down to Earth from other planets within our own Solar System (Gen. 6:2, 4). Being genetically compatible with
    man, they were able to produce offspring with Earth (Adamic) women, these offspring became the ‘mighty men’ or heroes of the Antediluvian world. Genesis 6:4
    There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God (ET humans, ancient astronauts?) came in unto the daughters of men,
    and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men (heroes) which were of old, men of renown (heroic men of mythology). Hercules, for example,
    was one such offspring: a son of Zeus and an Adamic woman (Zeus being an ET human, a ‘son of God’, most likely from Jupiter). Hercules, Odysseus and other
    ‘Heroes’ were famed for their exploits in the pre – flood world. What these ‘sons of God’ brought with them from the other worlds was technology that was not known
    to Adam and his children. It was technology that made them appear as ‘gods’ in the eyes of the Adamic race even though they were as much mortals as any man of
    earth. The Age of Heroes of Greek mythology is a romanticized retelling of this Antediluvian age that lasted from the creation of man till the tower of Babel, Cain
    being possibly the first hero and Nimrod the last. One of the defining characteristics of these ‘heroes’ was that they were city builders, the greater their city the
    greater their fame. Some of the great monuments still surviving today like the Great Pyramids were most likely built in this age using Martian, Jovian
    or other extra planetary technologies. The City – State form of political division, begun by Cain lasted well into the times of Abraham. This is the reason why the
    wars of the Age of Heroes, such as The Trojan War’ were wars between cities not countries; politically speaking there were no nations in the Antediluvian world. The
    Trojan War and other mythological wars such as those recorded in the Hindu epic Mahabharata are most likely based on true accounts of wars between these
    heroes, that involved human ‘gods’ from other planets that were instigators of the wars fought mainly by men.

  • GEOLOGICAL AND ARCHAEOLOGICAL EVIDENCE:  The 19th and 20th centuries witnessed the exploration of not only our planet but also of the heavens on a
    scale unprecedented in modern history. I say modern history because I am a firm believer in the Biblical adage that there is ‘nothing new under the sun’. In ages
    gone by modern man’s predecessors have not only explored the earth, they have literally reached out and touched the stars. The geological evidence the Earth
    itself provides amply proves that our past has been one of catastrophic and sudden change not of slow steady evolution. The story of Noah’s deluge is recorded
    both in the strata of the earth and in all myths and cultures across the planet. The evidence of oral legends, even written ones, may be dismissed as the products of
    a fertile imagination but not the evidence of geology. Though evidence is frequently ‘adjusted’ to try and prove that the flood was only local, ‘unadjusted’ examination
    of the same evidence proves it to have been a global one. Atlantean legends of sunken continents are supplemented by geological evidence of sunken megalithic
    structures off the coast of Japan and elsewhere in the world. The existence of anomalous structures across the world prove that our history is far from being one of
    isolation and slow development; civilization itself seems to have sprung up in a rather sophisticated state of development indicating intelligence far greater than that
    of our supposed Neanderthal ancestors. The megalithic cut stones of Baalbek, Lebanon, even Stonehenge and numerous places in South America are not only
    evidence of sophisticated technologies having been employed on Earth thousands of years ago, they also prove that man has interacted frequently with non –
    terrestrial intelligences in his past.
