Ouroboros was the symbol chosen by master mason / occultist Chris Carter for his Millennium TV series that ran for 3 seasons concurrently with the better
known X-Files. There is no apparent connection between this symbol selection and my article below but it struck me as intriguing that he would choose this

This 2012 issue particularly regarding the Mayan calendar coming to an end has had me intrigued for some time. I put no faith in the Mayan calendar or other
Mayan and native Indian prophecies such as those of Red Elk but I do understand that Satan’s information is generally a perversion of the truth. Recently this
2012 date came to the forefront of my mind when I happened to notice on my desk a copy of the 1611 EDITION of the King James Bible which I got a few years
ago. The numbers 1611 really stood out in my mind and I recalled this whole 2012 issue that many have been propagating for some time now. There is even a
major Hollywood movie titled 2012 that was released in November 2009 that portrays 2012 as the ‘DOOMSDAY YEAR; it has a very interesting trailer that can
be viewed here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hz86TsGx3fc . The Mayan calendar is mentioned in this movie as are the Mayan prophesies and the date of
December 21, 2012 as being the beginning of the end. As an aside what struck me as very interesting was the symbolism in the movie that depicts the
destruction of some of modern man’s most recognized monuments. It shows the destruction of the Brazilian statue of Jesus, which in reality is a statue of some
pagan deity and has as much in common with the biblical Jesus as Satan does with God. It also shows the utter destruction of the Vatican and Revelation 18
came into my mind about the soon coming time for the utter destruction of the whore of Babylon. Then it showed the destruction of the Egyptian obelisk in
Washington, DC, a phallic symbol that is so very revelatory of man’s true object of worship, the flesh and not the Spirit of God.
What follows below is pure speculation about what lies ahead in the near future but since every Tom, Dick and Harry out there is prophesying about
the end of the world I figured no one would mind if I also joined the fray with my observations on the importance of this 2012 date. Please keep that
in mind when reading that what follows is speculative reasoning not presented as prophecy or gospel truth.
I Peter 1:10-12, 10: Of which salvation the prophets have enquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you: 11:
Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the
glory that should follow. 12: Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by
them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into. Even the prophets
of God wanted to search and understand when certain things they were prophesying about would come to pass. Even the angels desire to look into the
secrets and mysteries of God so I think it is no sin to be curious as long as our speculation does not become dogma. I don’t think I can ever predict the date of
Jesus’ return and no such attempt will be made here. However, the bible does teach us that the day of Jesus’ return will not entirely be a surprise for his
believers contrary to what the Pre-trib rapture crowd would have us believe. I Thes. 5:4: But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should
overtake you as a thief.
So is it possible to put some meaningful dates on the events that will soon overtake this world? Here’s what I conjecture: The year 1611 was very important
because of one event, the publication of the King James Version of the English bible. After a period of some 15 centuries the Word of God once again became
available to the masses. Through the English KJV the Word of God was spread to the four corners of the Earth. I understand that English is not the
language of the majority of the people in the world but the fact remains that most translations into ‘other’ languages were done from the English bible not the
Hebrew, Greek or Latin bibles. So this bible more than any previous or subsequent version was instrumental in having the prophecy of Jesus come to pass that
is recorded in Matthew 24:14 ‘And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the
end come.’
So what is the connection between 1611 and 2012? From 1611-2011 are exactly 400 years. When God made a covenant with Abraham in Genesis 15 He told
Abraham that the nation (Egypt) would hold his descendants captive for 400 years after which he would bring judgment upon that nation. Also that God would
not bring judgment upon the Amorites until their iniquity was complete. Another way to look at what God told Abraham is that God was giving the Egyptians and
the Amorites (the people of Canaan whose land was to be given to Israel) 400 years to repent and change. You could say that they were given a period of
grace that would last 400 years but at the end of the 400 years judgment would come. This principle of our merciful God giving people time to repent before
bringing judgment is found throughout the Bible. Similarly in 1611 when the world (not just the Egyptians and the Amorites) once again received the written
Word of God in its entirety they would be given a period of grace to repent and change that would last 400 years but then would come the judgment. So I
contend that the real significance of 2012 is not because of the Mayan or any other calendar but rather due to God’s calendar. Man’s period of grace, the
acceptable year of the LORD, is coming to an end and judgment will come since man’s wickedness has much increased rather than decreased these past 400
years. What we are facing now is the Day of the Lord, the Day of God’s Vengeance and wrath upon utterly depraved and sinful man. Satan, better than any
man understands the operation of God’s hands; he has calculated that it is in 2012 that the four horsemen of the apocalypse will begin to ride out in earnest
and the long prophesied events of the book of Revelation will begin to come to pass in rapid succession. This is the reason why he has the so-called Mayan
calendar come to an end in 2012 because what it really signifies is the beginning of the end of his own age (that is of Satan) and the dawning of the age of the
reign of Jesus Christ on the Earth which will never come to an end.
One of the events that will kick off this time of Jacob’s trouble will be the much awaited event of making contact with ‘alien’ life. There is a group called ‘The
Disclosure Project’ that is supposedly working towards forcing our governments to reveal the existence of UFO’s and of alien life ‘out there.’ They have a
countdown clock that is counting down to the moment when ‘disclosure’ will be made. A few days ago they moved this clock forward to 15 seconds before
midnight meaning that they anticipate ‘disclosure’ is imminently close. One things is for certain they would not move this clock forward without some ‘insider’
knowledge; I believe the whole purpose of their existence is to condition people into accepting the ‘disclosure’ of the existence of ET’s / UFOs as an inevitable
event and the purpose of their clock is to signal how close the powers that be are to making this ‘disclosure.’ It is improbable if not impossible that this is just
some independent research group drawing conclusions from observable data.
I contend using such anecdotal evidence as provided above that this disclosure will come in 2012 and we will once again truly be in the ‘days of Noah’ when
there was open contact with non Adamic intelligences. In the ‘days of Noah’ people on the Earth understood that they were not the only intelligent life forms in
the universe and interplanetary travel was as common as intercontinental travel is today. So at the end of 2011, 400 years of grace will have expired and
beginning with 2012 comes the judgment not the ‘age of Aquarius’ as Benjamin Crème and company will have us believe. The time to prepare is now, what’s
coming is more dreadful than a thousand Hiroshimas and more horrifying than a million Gulags. Forget about the ‘flower children’ fantasy that we are all going
to evolve into some hippie peaceniks from the 60’s. The American dream is about to become a nightmare and only those whose endure to the end shall be
saved. Prophecy in the bible is not meant merely to satisfy our curiosity but rather to warn us to be prepared for events that will surely overtake the world, and
that I firmly believe will begin happening in earnest in the decade beginning in 2010.
Other events that are signifying the beginning of the end of the age are things such as:
Matthew 24:21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. 22 And except those
days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
These times we are living in are indeed ‘perilous times’ not because of what the Mayans or the Hopis or the I Ching say it is but because the Bible has
forewarned us to look for these signs, to watch and pray, for these things must shortly come to pass. Thank God for his mercy that even in the midst of
wrath he will cut the days short so as to not allow man’s madness reach its inevitable destination of total annihilation of life on Earth.
